Estimate daily calories and macro targets. Choose a simple SDK method or a more detailed BMR method (uses gender, age, height, and optional body fat %).

Sedentary: Mostly sitting, little to no exercise.
Light: Light exercise 1–3 days/week (or regular walking).
Moderate/Active: Moderate exercise 3–5 days/week.
Extremely Active: Intense exercise 6–7 days/week or physical job.
Required for both methods.
